What should I expect during my first visit?

A relaxed consultation where we discuss your skin goals and medical history, and agree the right treatment plan before any procedure.

Are the laser and IPL treatments safe?

Yes. All laser and IPL treatments are carried out by a VTCT Level 4 qualified therapist using clinically approved equipment and safety protocols.

How many sessions will I need for laser hair removal?

Most areas need a course of around 6–8 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart for long-lasting results. We offer 5-session packages to get you started.

What is microneedling and who is it suitable for?

Microneedling uses fine needles to stimulate collagen production, improving texture, scarring and fine lines. It's suitable for most skin types following a consultation.

Is there any downtime after treatments?

Downtime varies — most facials and injectables have little to no downtime, while peels and microneedling may cause mild redness for 24–48 hours.

Can I have treatments if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

Some treatments aren't suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Let us know at booking and we'll advise on safe alternatives.

Do you offer package deals?

Yes — most advanced aesthetics and laser treatments are available as 5-session packages, with a free session included.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer your slot to another client.
